Your stall must be covered by your own public liability insurance. Please attach a copy of your insurance certificate/document. Note that we are unable to consider requests for vendors without insurance.

Supply of alcohol *

Please note that you will need a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) from Cotswold District Council to supply alcohol at this event. Once we've let you know that your booking is reserved, please apply for a TEN and send the details to us so we can confirm your booking.
